Our Log Home Packages are made with logs harvested and milled here in the Ohio Valley region. These carefully selected mills provide us with top quality logs with much less than average shrinkage and the ability to offer you packages at a significantly lower rate than our competition.
We offer training for those who wish to assemble our log packages or wish to train their local builder in our log home construction system, as well as general contracting and design services. We offer complete custom home design and blueprint services.
Price per foot of 8' tall wall (multiply by total feet around house)
D-Shaped Logs
"Notch & Pass" Corners. No chinking between logs.
Available in 6" or 8" height and width.
White Pine: $65/foot
Eastern Red Cedar: $90/foot
Squared Logs
Dovetail Corners. Chinking between logs.
Available in various heights and widths.
White Pine: $75/foot
Other species available by special order
Additional Wood Products
White Pine Standard. Other species available by special order.
Log Siding (6"): $0.85/linear foot
Rafters, Beams, Joists & Framing (smooth): $0.90/board foot
Ship-Lap Planks (2" x 6,8,12"): $0.80/board foot
V-Milled Tongue & Groove (1" x 5,6,8"): $0.80/board foot
Delivery Costs Not Included. Call for Details. Components
such as foam strips, screws, and iron brackets are available.
